9 working hours within a 24-hour shift window

Rotational shifts based on business requirements

To qualify for WFH, you must have:

 • Dedicated separate room/workspace

 • 2 KVA UPS or generator backup

 • 100+ Mbps dedicated internet

 • Preferred ISPs: Transworld | Connect | Flash Fiber

 • Excellent communication & typing skills

 • Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset

 • Comfortable working flexible shifts

 • Basic computer proficiency

 • Freshers are welcome; customer support experience is a plus

 • Willing to complete approximately 1 month of on-site training
